I received word while walking around the GTSM show in Irving that both John Marcus (who had been married to National promoter Wanda Marcus) and Jim Kukendall have passed on. Jim K passed on several years ago but promoted shows in the Dallas Fort Worth area. here is a copy of his obit from a few years ago
http://www.obitsforlife.com/obituary...dall-James.php I could not find an obit for John which mentioned Wanda but I believe he passed on last November as the information seemed to match what I guessed but I did not have those details. Needless to say, since both men played a role in the Dallas-Fort Worth hobby scene, it is worth this post to remember them. Rich
