1908 Chicago Cubs/White Sox Postcards

To capitalize on the popularity of the teams, the Crosse Publishing Company printed a popular, prized and, today, very scarce set of 20 postcards featuring 10 Cubs players and 9 White Sox players, and a Cubs team photo.

Hmmmm... it certainly has all the characteristics of a 1908 Cubs/White Sox postcard but it's not listed in the checklist. (edit: nevermind... I see at the bottom where it states "The checklist presented here is probably not complete.")

$ in Shield is its street name. It was actually produced by Suhling Publishing of Chicago. Sullivan is previously known. That book is outdated.
