That's not the point. The point is, even if you want to consign an item to a major auction house, you don't have to send it to a TPA.

And if you consign your autograph to Lelands, they won't send it in, and I respect their knowledge regarding autographs, at least as much as any of the other 'major auction houses.'

I don't understand why collectors even send autographed items to auction houses - if it already has an LOA, or has great provenance, or you know what you are selling and are certain it is real, or if one of the autograph experts on this forum has given it the 'thumbs up'...then you can sell it to a collector here on Net54 and avoid paying consignor's fees or losing the juice. Just saying.
