I think this is the one that Steve Buckley from the Boston Herald was/is involved with. Usually some great college talent and retired pros involved. I know that Oil Can Boyd, Carlos Pena and Steve DeOssie have all played in the past...

This season will be my 5th with the Wyandotte Stars BBC. We play by the rules of 1867 and play in about 25 matches a season. With '67 rules we play by the fly and not the bound (you can catch any fair or foul ball on one bounce to put the runner out). I have broken a few fingers playing shortstop, but oddly, only on thrown balls and not batted. We have guys aged 23 to 64 with an average of around 40 or so. I couldn't imagine a summer not playing. It is so much fun. The only bummer this season is that I will be limited to two days at the National because of a tournament up North that I can't miss.

This is a pic of my teammates and I (middle) just yesterday in the pit under a high school gym. Cannot get enough cuts and can't wait for the weather to break.
