From the listings description:
"Since I am not the original owner of the packs I cannot guarantee that the packs were not tampered with. You have to make that decision by looking at the pictures posted. " Based on the seller's declaration in the listing, he is not very confident if what he is offering is either unopened or tampered with or not.
