Not a dumb question at all. I'm not sure I have the right answer, but here is my best guess.
The "with litho" and "without litho" cards are two entirely separate sets. They have different players and poses. In contrast, the "without litho" cards are the exact same set as the borderless cards. They have the exact same players and the exact same poses. So, the "without litho" cards and borderless cards are really just two variations of the same set. If you look at a complete set of the borderless cards, you'll find that there's no Lloyd Waner. This means that Lloyd Waner can't be in the "without litho" set. So the Lloyd Waner card is actually a member o the "with litho" set. The card is just missing the litho designation due to some sort of printer's error. At least I think that's right. |
