Mark S. (Perezfan) has this same pennant. What does yours say on the back Marko? I just sent him a text to check out the thread.

Not sure about the exact tagging on the reverse of my Oversized Cubs, but there's definitely one there. I'm not going to unframe it to see what it says... just too much hassle.

But as others stated above, The Reproduction Company definitely was a leading Pennant maker in the 1910s. I have two unquestionably authentic Pennants with this tag...

Connie Mack's Athletics (Ringmaster)
Frank Chance's Cubs

I've also seen it on early/oversized High School and College Pennants with little value, as "bigtrain" stated above.

Reproduction, at the time, likely meant the company simply reproduced logos and images onto Felt and other surfaces. IMO, the tag is completely legit with no cause for concern. Hope this helps clarify.

Default Cubs Pennant

Put in a few bids, but wasn't willing to surpass the 3K mark. That being said, the buyer probably got a good deal. Congrats to the winner.

the seller told me he heard that the pennant was worth $5-6K.

So maybe he was surprised. But not pleasantly.
