I know a lot of people hate the National in Cleveland, but logistically (for driving) it is the easiest to get in & out of the expo center. I usually stay at a hotel in the suburbs somewhere between downtown & the expo center. I love the downtown area entertainment venues, especially the House of Blues, which has fantastic concerts !!!
