I recently had to ship and insure something for $20,000.
The least expensive FedEx option was around $270. UPS was about the same. Registered Mail was $55 insured for the full amount. ![]()

Get a collectibles insurance policy for around $200. It will cover the shipping.

Send it registered mail. Best most reliable shipping option to ensure you know where your package is at all times.
But seriously, pack the expensive ones in your carry on. |

Which insurance company do you use? I called collect insure but they want a ton of money. They said since I sell some of my items on eBay I need dealers insurance. Anyone have any other ideas?

Without a doubt, USPS Registered Mail with full insurance. Limit is $25,000 per package, so you'll need to break it up into two packages. No need to carry any of them on your person, just ship it USPS Registered Mail with full insurance and sleep easy. It's a slow way to ship, but safe and reliable.
