Many sellers (my self included) have Best Offers on their store items. I set the least amount that I will take and every offer below that is automatically declined. After the 3rd offer is rejected, you will not be able to make another offer. There is a way around this though. If you include a note with the offer, it gets sent to the seller, even if it doesn't meet the automatic settings.

I am not one of those sellers that set very high best offer prices, although I admit that I do put a little bit extra on top. This way I have room to accept reasonable offers and the buyer feels that he got a better deal.

I do the same thing Jeff. I set my prices a little higher than what All Star Cards pays for cards on their BUY LIST. You have to, due to the fees Ebay charges. If they can't meet that number, then I would just as soon sell to them without any fees! I HATE FEES!!!! And they just raised most of their buy prices, so I have to get more than what they are offering.
