I still don't see Eli Manning's incentive to participate in this - couldn't he have just said "No"? He wouldn't get much $ out of it, even if he got all of it, and no one has any leverage on him. Think he's just trying to help the little guys get a little extra dough?

I get that, but that doesn't explain why he would help create forgeries of these items. What is his incentive?

Am I comprehending this correctly?

A) Team plays game
B) Uniforms go to cleaners
C) Guy brings (makes) replacement unis to cleaners and swaps for GU
D) Team gets unis back, dude gets GU, everyone involved gets paid.
