Default Bradley

That is a nice one Arthur. Is Mr Bradley going to break out this year ?

In October I was on a reposition cruise from Montreal to Miami on the Regent Seven Seas Voyager. One of the stops was Boston. By sheer luck this born and raised St Louis guy docked in Boston on the morning of October 31

Not sure breakout is the term for what he's going to do. From what I hear, his ceiling is that of a poor man's Jacoby Ellsbury. I'm much more excited about Bogaerts and Henry Owens, although I think Owens is still a year away from his call.

The Cardinals certainly have no shortage of young impressive talent. Rosenthal, Martinez, Tavarez, seems like it never ends.

Did you enjoy your stay in Boston?

So, you're saying he's gonna be Grady Sizemore(when he was healthy, that is)..

Heck of a nice Yount Bill. That card pops in that scan.

Jackie Bradley Jr. has a really nice signature. I wish I wrote that well.

Bunches of Bo's to come. However, I did pick up a coupla the 1991 Topps Chipper's with the pink blotch. Pretty sure it's worth nowhere near the $100+ that a bunch of clowns have them listed for on the bay. But for a coupla bucks, why not? The one may be the partially airbrushed version, but I can't tell for certain, 'til I get it in hand..

That Chipper Jones card is one my favorites. It reminds me of how far cards have come. Can you imagine a modern first rounder having a backyard photo of him in his HS uniform on his card?

What a ridiculous (in a good way) Bryce Harper collection! I had a pretty nice Zack Greinke collection going for a couple of years. I played against him in HS so started collecting his stuff. The highlight of that collection is one of his game used jerseys from his first minor league team.

Thank you, Matt. I appreciate it. It's a humble little addition to a great thread.

I am very much looking forward to getting off the sidelines, and back to some real card purchasing here in a few weeks. I'm working on my list in the mean time, and enjoying everybody else's recent pick ups.
