Dropbox (www.dropbox.com) keeps my checklists. For several gigs, its free, cheaper than Carbonite. If you want to backup more, it will cost you. With Dropbox I can access my files from any computer anywhere
External hard drive backup is my second line of defense. With this I backup my entire hard drive every 7-10 days. The external drive cost about $100. Having the entire hard drive backed up is essential when your machine or gadget takes a fatal crash. When I spilled the iced tea on my lap top, I knew my checklists were a lot safer than my wallet, which took a bit of a hit to get the new lap top.
