Now if that isn't one of the freshest cards I've ever seen-- dude looks like a Mafia enforcer. I have to get that one just for flavor's sake!

I have to agree with Steve on the minor league cards. The design and colors on those are so nice.

Matt -- as already mentioned, one of the keys to finding a sharp card is registration. Registration can be all over the place on this issue.

On the Cobb, for example, the red infield can sometimes be shifted a bit, which is not uncommon. Another thing to look for is the brown coloring within the two bats on the Cobb card, which can often be slightly off register.

Cobb, Matty, Zach Wheat have all been mentioned, and are all beautiful cards, but another standout is the Home Run Baker -- just love the blue/gold color combo on the A's cards...

Default Speaker

It always seemed to me that the Speaker card is a tough card to find at a bargain rate. Maybe it's the BoSox fans, but although not tough to find, it's tough to find without spending more than you would expect.
