It's funny, that exact card sold on eBay on Dec. 17. It was a single listing, not part of a "lot".

Why do people lie on Net54? This place is full of detectives....They always get caught.

If he didn't have possession of the card yet, why would he only do a one day auction? Sounds like a lie to me.
