Gorgeous Mantle. I for one love the 52 "well loved". Something about a little wear on that card gives at certain shine. That PSA 1 is exactly the kind of 52 I hope to add to my collection one of these days. Promised myself it would be a nice 40th bday present...7 years to make it happen! That is unless Matty upgrades and needs a new home for that 3...

There really are not enough to go around. I would have loved to add one in 2013 but for what I paid for my 51 I couldn't have touched a 52 with strong eye appeal.

Thanks guys. I bought it over 10 years ago...so it was a LOT more affordable back then... I don't even know that if I would upgrade even if I had the financial means to do so... I think I'm like Matty C, I would spread my money around and get more cards...

I love your PSA 1 Ricky. I spent a year looking for a 52 Topps for my collection, during that entire time, I don't think I saw any 1s with that kind of eye appeal.

Why buy 5+'s of ANYTHING when you can find a cool 1s, own a copy for your collection, and then spend the rest on other beautiful lower-grade cards! Bottom line, give me a PSA 1 52 Mick and a PSA 1 Balt New Ruth over a PSA 2+ Balt News Ruth all day and a thousand times on Sunday!
