Having grown up in WI, I do not miss the fact that one can have 4 pairs of everything on, and still feel like they're freezing. -50+ windchill...goodness gracious.
Sorry ya'll, I now reside in South Florida.  It was 45 outside this morning, and, while in winter coats, people were shivering, complaining that it was freezing outside. They have no idea!
