Desiderata

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.

I've owned many of them over the years, they're one of my favorite backs.

My current example.

Don't be jealous Johnny. We all have stuff others like too.

The Old Mill- It looks brown but I don't think it's brown. I will have to grab it and check. I have had it for 10+ yrs and really haven't held it in quite some time. Just like with all of the other 1900-1949 sets, I have collected some T206s. Fortunately, like many other members, I got them before they skyrocketed. I am sure I couldn't afford a few of them at today's values. I have often thought of selling the T206 Matty or Mullaney overprint just to see where they would go in a good auction. I am already teaching my dog to bid just in case!!
