I have not seen another item with the Carl O. Hubbell signature , though I assume they do exist.

FWIW, checks from "The Meal Ticket's" personal checking account were always Carl O. Hubbell. His name was embossed on his checks this way and that's the way he signed them based on the ones that I've seen through the years.

In my personal collection I own one that is signed this way from 1980.
