Robert,
My thoughts are with you and your daughter. I have been a type 1 diabetic since I was was 2 years old and I am 46 now. I don't know how it would be to not have a shot every day as I do not know life without one. I want to tell your family that you can get through this a make her life a great one with all of the tools that the medical field now has to offer. I know that sports and exercise has had a positive influence on my type 1. If you or your daughter ever have any questions about this please reach out to me and let me know if I can help you.
