2011 Topps lineage

What are the base and Venezuelan errors? I can't find any mention of them.

The error cards are missing the players name in foil and
Sometimes the topps lineage is not
Present as well.

That's good, I was hoping it wasn't some odd parallel I hadn't heard about.

I collected the set, but didn't get any of the stuff you're looking for.
