Over time while collecting these things you get to know the type packaging and the approximate dates they were used. I would speculate that there were smaller packages in that box, which I put at circa 1915...though I doubt it was this type of Blomes bag......(the wrappers below pertain to other E94 overprints, though they aren't exact)

Nothing like an overprint that makes our nation dumber! They should say "you're safe" or "you're out". Ugh! I'm shocked there weren't "correction overprints" after an astute second grader caught the error!
