The BV on this lot is $1744.50. I've got this broken down on a spreadsheet if anybody would like to see it (just send me your email address). Asking price is right at 1/4 BV. I think that is very fair. I also have about 20 or so others that I can throw in (all different numbers than the ones listed above). They didn't meet the same condition standards as the rest of the lot, so I excluded them. If the buyer wants them as fillers, just let me know. They're not beaters, just not the same condition as the rest of the lot.
