Ted- those hairs are just wrong

It's all about individual taste. I wouldn't exclude a card with minor staining and I have a really nice cobb where a mouse ate the bottom left corner that I'm assuming was covered in caramel lol.

Like this one....stain is on the back. This is one of my favorite cards. I am not sure why....and I am not sure what a "white" stain consists of....

Call me crazy, but I prefer unstained. I like natural aging and toning, but I can do without the stains. Judging by the recent onslaught of unstained, high grade 1914's, it seems like the card doctors have gotten pretty good at removing stains. The problem is the fronts always look a bit washed out afterwards.
