Default 1949 Bowman original uncut 36-card sheet

Of the 36 cards on this sheet, 17 are SLATE's (these cards normally have GREEN or ORANGE pastel colored backgrounds).

I find it very interesting that the 19 - BLUE or RED background cards were printed with their colors first. I'd love to find out more of Bowman's printing
process in producing the 252 cards in this set. I do know it was a 4-color process; but, I'm curious to know more details regarding this process..






I have quite a number of Bowman uncut sheets; however, we are in the pre-WWII section of Net54....so I'll shut up with this stuff here and now.
