If it's a reprint it's an older one.

Rhymes w/baloney...I think...I don't like the wrinkling and the borders look odd?

Yuck, run the other way. That crinkling is not a good sign. You can compare it to this other low grade but authentic one..

The left hole(looks like a button) on his hat does not look right. Real cards that I have seen show the whole hole area. Your card looks like the front of the Renato Golasso reprint.

Here's a PSA 7 where the borders are "weird", and the buttonhole looks different.... I don't think it's disqualified yet.
