No he doesn't. And another question. Why does the fielder have the glove on the slider, it has no ball in it? It's as though he is holding him off the base? All he had to do for the play is tag him with the ball. The runner wouldn't be out had he got tagged with a glove without a ball in it.

Yep. Maybe he got flustered when the 2nd baseman pulled out his Iphone to take the picture?......
