I recieved a message on 9/26. Claimed to have mailed that day. Still have not recieved card yet - mailing distance is about 25 miles.

I once had an experience with Billy where a bunch of cards that he mailed my way did not arrive for nearly a month - post mark indicated same - but they did arrive - perhaps his local PO has issues? Just saying...
