At least in the written grading standards it would seem that a back crease (fairly long but faint and toward the corner) would allow a VG-Ex. Or is that wrong?

You're correct. I think that depending on the grader's "mood", you would probably get a 3 on one day, a 3.5 on another, and a 4 on another. Seriously, if you're planning on re-selling it, I would unslab it, and send it to PSA. The worst that can happen is you'll get another 3, but it will be in a PSA holder, so you'll probably get more money for it...

![]() ![]() Exactly. Especially since seller's can photoshop what the card actually looks like once it's inside the holder. Always buy the holder and never the card... |
