Default A pair of rare Buck Herzog T206's traveling to Cooperstown this week

Sorry guys, I posted "August" instead of July in my initial post here. It has been corrected. As I said in the text.....the HOF weekend starts this Friday.

The 34th annual Cooperstown BB card Show is this weekend at the VFW building....which is located diagonally across the street from the Hall of Fame.

Admission is FREE......Show schedule is:

Friday..........JULY 26th......10 AM - 8 PM

Saturday......JULY 27th....... 9 AM - 6 PM (Auction usually follows at 8 PM)

If you have any questions regarding the Cooperstown Show, I will try to answer them.

Desiderata

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.

Default Couple of things

1) Did any of Don's collecton ever surface

2) You are missing the best Herzog of all -- the Large Ass one. Buck needs to go visit the HOF

I stand corrected....Boston beat the Giants (4 games to 3).

Thanks,

You got it.....Buck Herzog got 12 Hits in the 1912 World Series.

Now, can you tell us who subsequently got 12 Hits in the World Series to equal Herzog's record ?

And, who got 13 Hits to break Herzog's record ? ?
