Jimi:

Beckett has different grading specials each month, a couple of times they've had something like 10 or 15 business days @ $10 a piece which covers the regular grading cost. There is an additional surcharge for the oversize holders, as of my last submission it was $8.00 per. I'm not sure if it has changed recently or not. I beleive that you can download a submission form from their website and the pricing is all spelled out on there. Beckett is also very good about sticking to the time frames that are promised, they almost never run behind schedule.

Picked up from a fellow forum member. The borders are super white which makes me think this was on a fan's wall it's whole life. Thanks pinhole for making you affordable.

That's a great Cy portrait. Probably a 5 if not for the pinhole.

Actually a Type 2 coupon - looks nicer than the grade but has a vertical crease which isn't too noticeable...

Here's a 1934 Goudey Canadian 12 card sheet. My scan cuts off the bottom portion.

Great pickup Eric!

I was the under bidder on that last night. I have to blame a poor cell data connection for my inability to bidder higher, I desperately wanted to.

Congrats!

Am slowly rebuilding by George Gibson collection. Won these in the recent Small Traditions auction, and was quite happy with the prices. The T205 is a Factory 42 Piedmont. Cards arrived last week, but waited for today to post them to mark Gibson's birthday. Happy 133rd, George!

Regards,

Richard.

NB. Nice E105 and E92 Gibson cards, fellas.

There's another thread going about it a few down from this one. This is a fun card to research.
