I emailed the question, "Do you guarantee that this card is untrimmed?" To which she offered this reply:
The card has never been graded. I can guarantee that it is 100% authentic but I can't guarantee what a grading company will do. All of the grading companies are shady and purposely undergrade cards or send back cards as trimmed or altered when they clearly are not in order to maintain their low populations of high grade cards. PSA, Beckett, SGC, etc. have ruined the sports card industry. Humans are too biased to be grading cards. If they had computers doing it that would solve everything. Sorry for the rant about grading companies but we have had way too many run ins with them and their pitiful employees to ever deal with them again. Thanks, Carol
