Not positive but number 4 may be Vinegar Bend Mizell.

South Panel #5 might be Harvey Haddix?

According to the JSA there are H.Haddix, J. Meyer, and S. Murray. Which I haven't found yet.

number 3 - hard to see the whole name but first name looks kind of like Spud so it might be Spud Murray (batting practice pitcher).
