All true and I will add that the type 3s are on a bit heavier stock and can be found in nicer shape than the other 2 series, generally speaking.

Are you both also agreeing that Type 2 coupons have more vivid images, in general, than any of the T206?
And, thanks for the responses. Hopefully Adrian will comment on this post and I'll get a couple hundred more replies. |

Coupons tend to look better because they were printed in much less numbers.
206 brown Old mills, Blank backs and proofs have very good registration and nice color because they were the first printed. The first runs of 150s and the first runs of 350 AB, BL, Cycles and Drums tend to be very nice looking cards also.

Whatever the reason, the images sure stand out more than their type 1 and 3 brothers and T206 cousins. At least through my eyes.
