rofl! I have a not so similar story.
I own my house for 2 years now, about 2 months ago me a some friends are drinking in the, semi unfinished basemant. One says WOW, I just found cash in your celing. (some sheet rocked, some open, so there room to stuff things in) Im like no way!
He pulls out $63 and a dirty mag, from the early 90's, lol
So i checked the attic quick, Was hoping to find some vintage cards! BUT no such luck. Just some gas money and some nice pics of drew barrymore in a high society mag, lol
