Default Mantle

The latest editions of the SCD Standard Catalog also list the variations to his 52 Topps card, his 67 Punch Out card and his 68 Plak. He also appears on one of the 68 Plaq checklist cards . There is also a variation in the 64 Tattoos. There is a 66 Punch Out. His 67 Topps card can be found with or without a red dot above his name on the front, and Bob Lemke did an article about the fact his 65 card can be found without a period after the N in NY on the back. And there are 3 versions of the 67 checklist

I never knew that there was a variation for the 67, so I only had one in my collection (with the red dot). After reading this, I went out and bought another without a dot over the Yankees. Upon looking at it more, I noticed a red dot in the top right corner. Most on ebay don't have this but I think I saw others with it. Anyway, just thought I'd throw that out there. Also, if anyone has an extra 1967 checklist with the period completely gone that they would be willing to let go, let me know.

It's close to the same size as the dot on the other one (pictured on the left next to my Venezuelan):
