If it could be authenticated as original, that would be amazing! And yes, I believe it would be the most expensive card in the world.

As far as T206 back scarcity:
I have been collecting this set for less than a year now. But I can tell you from a beginners / layman's perspective, everything outside Cap/Pied is extremely high. My Old Mill, Sovereign, Polar Bears, all cost me 2-3 times the standard back. I can't imagine the prices for the actual rare backs.

Along with that, I don't ever sell cards. So anything that comes into my collection will always stay there, thus lowering availability - albeit on a minute level.
