I went crazy when these first came out. They appeared in SCD at the time as a "scarce regional test issue". There was an article with pictures and a checklist. So when these showed up at the local 7-11 in Columbia, Missouri I bought all they had. I got a set of panels and still have unopened packs. The trouble is, they weren't all that scarce or popular. I never looked for any variations in these and I'm not even sure where my set is. I guess it's buried in with my other sets from the 80's and 90's.

Thanks Mike (Gmrson) for the two panels you sent, rec'd them today. They look great! If anyone else has any, I'm looking for the following panels with no wax on back and little to no scratches in the black on front:
