I collect the W515-2s -- and the mis-labeling is quite common. I actually need Maranville, so I'm probably not much help here. The -2s are a bit larger, and so I would say the second one is undoubtedly a mislabeled one.
I needed McGraw recently. Someone was selling a raw W515-1 McGraw on ebay, but I could tell it was a -2 just by looking at the margins. Bought it and when I compared it to my other -2s, it was spot on. It's a tough set to complete. I'm about 7 cards short, but fortunately have the two Ruths and the Cobb.
