A 60 watt fluorescent light bulb does put off some UV rays and even indirect light will contain UV as well. I would be very hesitant to display my collection in this fashion. They do make UV filters for household windows that can block the rays from entering your home that is available in most big box hardware retailers in the states. You want to use low voltage incandescent bulbs and try to keep them in rooms that are pitch black when the lights are off. You may want to get a display case with a uv protectant to avoid this risk if keeping the cards in a naturally lit room.

Just make sure you trust those in your home because there is really nothing keeping the cards from getting swiped. Not sure if you have any kids, but the neighbor kid who comes over to play could end up being your worst enemy. A lot of people will display reprints so you can enjoy the card's visual appeal while keeping the real thing safe.
