Thank you, Shawn -- we'd seen the gameboard assembly, but never either version of the game pieces or "utensils" box.
Baumgarten seems to have been a very small, very short-lived operation -- can't find a single other product by them -- so it's very likely both editions of the game were produced within, at most, no more than a year or two of one another, and possibly in the same year (which is probably, but not necessarily, the year of the patent).
