Ebay wake up and see what is going on
This Mantle piece of crap sold for $399 despite multiple EMR reports:

Ebay is asleep at the switch. The sellers now know they can do whatever they want without fear of punishment or removal of their bogus crap. Enough is enough ebay. You are going to be contributing to horrid damage to the autograph hobby. You must stop this horrid policy, you must stop these sellers of bogus autographs. When the Operation Bullpen sellers were flooding ebay with crap I took direct action. The time is fast approaching to do something again.
