Thanks for the reply. Yes, I learned about that this morning. After my $500 bid was overtaken, I looked up the Lynch card in the OJ book to try and see what was going on and saw that his card only came in the script series.

To use a skiing analogy I consider myself an intermediate, or blue slope OJ collector, but I do like to buy the script series cards as they seem like a good value for what you get. The paper loss on the front stopped me from bidding higher, but I still would have been outbid on this one.

That's a really nice example, Bruce. Thanks for posting it.

Here are 4 that I have. I was thinking I had 5 or 6 of these for some reason, but I only have these four. The higher grade ones are recently from Jay. The trimmed Gerhardt and Esterbrook were bought separately on ebay 8 - 10 years ago.
