Johnny, I have the Willis, Polar Bear back that we can't figure out if it is just worn out or hand cut(or both I guess). It's missing 2-3 color passes, so that's a start

well, it is somewhat memorable and has been shown a million times but it fits the bill, I think...It does have Piedy but a few more too...

That is Cy Young on the back. Or maybe that is a Cy Young card with a Mullaney front.
