wow thank you so much
wish it had the hat and bat - worst part was at the auction that the original owner bought these at (just an estate sale) they were going to throw them away, and did throw away a bunch of other stuff apparently - i bet the hats and bats went in the dump that day! this does help and ensures my interest

Well (if it's any consolation), we don't know with certainty that the Hat and Bat originally came with these 2 Dolls. It's likely that they both originally had Caps, but the Bat may have been limited to the other variation featured in Hunt's.
You might be able to see a remnant or evidence of where the Bat was attached, if you examine closely (that is, if there ever was a Bat). But unless others surface that are identical to your friend's, we may never know the answer. Phenomenal pieces, either way! Last edited by perezfan; 03-13-2013 at 12:36 PM.
