That is some neat tobacciana stuff. Thanks for sharing. As you might know I collect it too and really enjoy it.

I've seen some of your pictures and your collection is nothing short of amazing. Super envious of your drum tobacco box.

Good Lord, that truly is a beautiful display. I really hope you do not part with the cabinet. It all goes so well together, and it is a special collection.

I hope you land your piece man, I really do.

I hope you get yours and Jamie gets his too. I'm not about taking other people's goals in the midst of mine, I think there's plenty to go around and some collectors who wouldn't mind parting with theirs for the right price. Good luck to you!

As for the cabinet I really like it but for what ever reason the wife doesn't care for it. I think it's beautiful. It's walnut and it smells awesome too. I don't know what if anything I would replace it with.

I love the fact that the lorillard company became a part of Duke's dynasty during that era and made the Polar bear brand. This cabinet, even though it was made in 1883, could have easily been used for decades in a store and displayed packs of tobacco that contained all the cards we collect. It's a real neat piece. Too bad the bottom glass is cracked, but it still presents well and all the hardware works flawlessly.

I think it is beautiful. Hell, I will buy it from you haha! I do really hope you keep all of it together though. The crack in the glass is no big deal. It is awesome.
