Not really. I think it sold for what it should. It's not like low-end Planks in 1 holders routinely sell for $30,000.

To see what the priro session lots closed at, when you click on the auction tab on their website, theri will be a link above the seach field "click for closed sessions."

In case anyone was interested in some final prices.

I got outbid on the Voskamp's Wagner. I'm going to be watching some of the E107 lots tonight. Curious on the final prices.

Tony

Yesterday the last time i look at the auction the price was 18 000 with 4 bids on it. You said the ending price was 18K last night....

But if i check on the link of the auction i saw 5 bids was made on the card.... perhaps another last bid you didn t see ?

Given the repeated posts and bumps this thread got leading up to the auction and the fact that a major auction house was the seller, my guess is that if $25,000 is the "correct" price, then that's what it would have sold for.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the selling price was $18,000, plus the juice. I have the card on my watch list and can see the final price. Possibly the high bidder placed another bid, which would have increased the bid total but not the final price.

Damn I came pretty close to nailing it with $18-20. I think it closed right about where it should have for an altered poor example. $17,500 would have been my max bid had I decided to bid on it, so I wouldn't have been too far off what I closed for.
