Many, if not most, casual baseball fans or non prewar collectors have never heard of Hal Chase beyond maybe having heard the name. To illustrate the magnitude of star that he must have been, I point out that he is the only player with five different cards in the T206 set - more than even the legendary Ty Cobb.

And he's one of only six players in the M110 Sporting Life cabinets set - the others are Cobb, Wagner, Lajoie, Chance and Mathewson. Here's mine....
