There was never such a set cataloged in the Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards as long as I was involved in the book (1981-2011) and I did all of the vintage minor league listings.
That's not to say such an issue doesn't exist . . . just that it was never reported in nearly 50 years. Do you have an image of such a card?
