And I have NEVER done this before but most likely I am going to let the board decide on his membership. I know my decision...but usually try to make sure I am on the right track. Most decisions are quite easy OR I just don't want to put them to vote.

andrew...since you seem to have advanced photoshopping/computer skills...why not post a "real" photo...with a newspaper in the background...or with your "wife"...depicting the card...not a photo shopped one...and maybe we'd believe u?!

Wagner's are like fingerprints...each one is different and easily identifiable...esp the one you've chosen to "sell"...and most on this board know more about them than our "spouses!"

If no real proof is provided...I say get rid of him...there are already too many liars/cheaters/thieves in the hobby!

You are becoming the "Pete Rose" of Net54. You need to admit you made a mistake, take responsibility for your actions and move on. Maybe this started out as a joke. I don't know. Maybe you joined here a few weeks ago to get your name known and planned this "scam" all along. As an attorney, I deal with real criminals on a daily basis. Most think that they are smarter than everyone else. They find out that they are not when it is too late. Every here knows that you do not own the card. No one is going to trust you with even a small transaction in the future until and unless you can rehabilitate your reputation here. Other people who post here regularly have made mistakes in their lives and even involving the hobby and have been forgiven. Give up the nonsensical story while you can.

Andrew I have made mistakes in my auction career. I have even made a bad decision regarding a baseball auction several years ago. I had to personally apologize to everyone and I have never violated anybody's trust again in this hobby. The cards I sell I either own or have a legally binding consignment contract with the owner to sell them. I do not know that you could find forgiveness on a blunder as big as this one, but at least save some face and just come clean.

I find it quite interesting that Andrew is hanging around to defend his story, despite seemingly overwhelming evidence that disputes him. We know the story doesn't stack up and his photo is laughable, yet here he is.

If it's up to the membership whether he stays or goes, I vote he stays - the better to keep an eye on him. I really want to hear the full story of this card. His unwillingness to answer blunt questions is concerning, but if he's still here perhaps he will eventually answer them.

If he would have come clean when he was first busted, I would just chalk it up to being young and immature and say give him another chance. The fact that he continues to stick to his story makes my decision pretty easy.

Leon we have given folks the boot for less Dorskind got a timeout simply because he couldn’t play well with others guy never tried to rob anyone blind and certainly didn’t get a vote. I get it its great entertainment, great doctored picture, well-tailored shirt & bottles of lotion sort of field day for me. But the guy was and still is clinging to the fact he is trying to sell something he doesn’t own why give him any voice?

Not busting your chops just seems odd....

if you ask anyone I have done any transaction with on here they will tell you Ive held up my end of the bargain every time. accusing someone of stealing is a serious accusation... ask around to the people ive sold cards too or bought cards from... i they will tell you Im as honest as I possibly can be. since the t202 deal is not happening now... i only have two things left to ship to be done with my currently pending deals. waiting on one more address... and then if you guys would like to ban me fine.... i wont like hanging around anyway if i cant buy sell trade... its the whole reason i joined.

This really is pretty simple.....post a damn video!! And walk up to the camera with the Wagner card in hand showing different angles in good lighting and all of this negative heat you're getting will go away. Pretty cut and dry.

I dont have the kind of money needed to buy a card like this but I know I can make three phone calls and put together a group that would be willing and able to buy this card for the asking price (as I am sure others can do the same). I think the solution is simple. If you are talking about putting down 75 to 100K for ANYTHING you want it totally checked out and this card is not any different. Provide solid proof that you are indeed the owner of this card and I think you will have guys falling all over themselves to purchase from you.

Andrew, you have to understand that nobody in their right mind would not be skeptical about your story and call you out on this. A simple video of you holding the card or something else that nobody can call into question the legitimacy of your claim would settle this.

From one Andrew to another, just put the evidence that is being asked for together and I am sure you will have cash within 24 hours from a number of suitors. PM me if you want...lets talk!
